Three individuals sustained minor accidents Sunday morning after a northbound A prepare struck an object believed to have been thrown on the tracks and derailed, the authorities mentioned.
One passenger was transported to a hospital and two others had been evaluated and declined to be transported, the Fireplace Division mentioned. Thirty passengers had been evacuated.
Sarah E. Feinberg, the interim president of New York City Transit, mentioned the prepare “came into contact with debris on the roadbed” round 8:15 a.m. because it was pulling into the 14th Road Station, inflicting a wheel to go away the observe.
